Be Calm Rollerball

Be Calm is to help you cope with the stresses and strife of daily life. This blend will assist your body to calm down along with other tools such as deep breathing, meditation and the simple joys of life - walking and fresh air. Some people just find the scent and sensation of a rollerball are comforting in themselves.

This is homemade by me in a 10 ml glass rollerball. It contains Sweet Almond Oil which acts as a carrier oil and is blended with pure natural organic essential oils; Bergamot Pure Natural Organic Essential Oil, Geranium Pure Natural Organic Essential Oil and Ginger Pure Natural Organic Essential Oil

This rollerball can be applied to your wrists, temples, behind your ears and on the soles of your feet. Oils applied to your feet are absorbed into your blood stream much more quickly than other parts of your body. For best results apply this at least twice per day and at all times you feel stressed.
